We keep buffers of raw materials and have excess production capacity to meet surges in demand without affecting delivery time.
Consistency is non-negotiable. Sheet thickness, cut precision, adhesive application and final assembly are monitored using statistical process controls. All pallets are checked prior to delivery and photo/video reports are available for the entire large wholesale order. The lead time is stated and adhered to, usually 4-6 weeks for custom orders and 2-3 weeks for repeat orders of finished designs.
